packs all orders in white boxes with our logo on the four sides of the box.

7: How much time does mailordermommy need to process the order?

7: Depending on where you live we will need 5-12 business days.

8: How long will it take to reach me? Answer 8.
Here is a approximate shipping time
table that you can use for all instock items. For example: If you order your
party favor on Monday, the personalization will be completed 2 days later
on Wednedsay. If you were shipping to Florida it would take 4 days to ship,
your approximate delivery date would be on Tuesday. Take

(East Coast) Tri-State Area NY, CT, NJ allow 1 day for delivery. B. Atlantic
(East Coast) zone outside of the Tri-State area allow 3-4 days for delivery.
C. Central and Mountain zones allow 4-5 days for delivery. D. Pacific (West
Coast) allow 5-6 days for delivery. Question
9: Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, we offer overnight shipping. The
shipping charge is calculated at checkout time. The approximate cost is
$33.00-$200.00 Question
10: Who do you use to ship your packages?

use UPS to ship all our packages. Question

this time we cannot allow you to choose specific colors. All party favors
come in an assortment of colors. We choose the colors for you. Question

We are very busy painting,
wrapping and preparing party favors. We do listen to our messages and will
get back to you M-F within 24 hours and on the weekends all calls will be returned
on Monday.

Charge: If orders are not placed within 9 business days in advance for the
Pacific and Mountain Zones, 7 business days for the Central Zone and 5 business
days for the Eastern Zone. The following rush charges will apply plus upgraded
shipping costs if needed

sales are final, because all items are custom painted for you. Question

order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing order. Question

hand painted items should be hand washed. Hand painted items are subject to
normal wear and tear overtime We use water base paint colors. Question
19. Do you sell my information to other companies?

company respects your privacy. We will never sell or share your personal information
with other companies. Your information is always kept strictly confidential.

you are having problems ordering online please refer to the online ordering

21. What type of discounts do you offerr?
Answer 21. We offer free ground shipping if you order more than 12 party favors and if your order
is over 50 party favors you will
receive 5% off your order. If your order is 100 party favors
you will receive 10% of your order.

22. I did not receive an email order confirmation?
Answer 22. If you are having problems receiving our confirmation emails the email might
have gone to your spam folder. You might need to unblock us from your spam protection.
