Return & Cancellation Policies

Because our product is hand-painted, we cannot accept items for return, unless the
personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling errors). We are not liable for mistakes
made on the customers' part.

If your order was damaged in shipping, hold on to the products and packaging, and
contact us immediately. We will report the claim to UPS and replace the item. It's a good idea to
open and inspect all items upon receipt. This is to your benefit.

Please handle your product with care. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid greasy substances
like hand cream or sun-tan lotion when handling the products. It may damage the paint. Also avoid
using any chemical cleaners. For best results, use a very soft disposable cloth.

You may cancel your order if personalization has not begun by e-mailing
contactus@mailordermommy.com, or call 1.914.299.4660. In most cases, processing begins within
24 hours of your order, so we will do our best to cancel your order within that time. Please include
your Order Number in your e-mail or have it handy when you call.

Wrapping, Curly Ribbon, Thank you label.

Each order is hand-painted by our artists, and may be subject to their discretion. We may or may
not change the placement of a design to accomodate the shape of an item. We may also alter
colors on items that are not white.

All personalized party favors are wrapped in cellophane, tied with 6 different colors of curling ribbon
and includes a thank you label all for free. You can also add a snack or an accessory for an
additional charge. Once you receive your party favors all you need to do is hand out them out.
If accessories are not ordered with party favors the accessories are not wrapped in cellophane
and do not qualify for free shipping.

Security Policy

Mailordermommy uses technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any
personal information you transmit to us online. The information is encrypted on your
computer and decoded after it reaches Mailordermommy secure server. This information
cannot be decrypted during transit.

Privacy Policy

Mailordermommy appreciates your patronage and respects your privacy. Any information
that you provide to us is used only to process your order(s), reply to your questions, and to
improve your future experiences with our Web site. We will not share your personal information,
such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, or credit card information, with
anyone for any reason, unless required to by law.
